it's pretty easy.  make sure to boot -r to make sure solaris picks up your new
hardware, and then it's as simple as:

Xsun -dev /dev/fb0 -dev /dev/fb1

if you use dtlogin to get things going, edit the very last bits of the file
/usr/dt/config/Xservers and add the -dev bits.
