[SunHELP] polled cmd failed.

Since probe-scsi-all able to detect all drive, the scsi chain is properly
terminated. Try removing the internal disk on slot 12 (or all disk drives if
that also failed, assuming that the internal disks are in the same chain
with the internal cdrom). I believe one of the device in the same scsi chain
as your cdrom is mis-behaving.
