Are the filesystems which are having the problems always the same ?

I would suspect either a GBIC or controller board in the A5200.
Try this and see if your symptoms sound similar.

I have an E420R with an A5200 attached to it via fiber.     Recently we
have suffered a power failure on the A5200 and as a result we have been
getting intermittent incidents of A5200 filesystems unmounting
themselves.   Below is a portion of an error log from /var/adm/messages.
Prior to this power failure the box has been up for approximately 2
years.    Please let me know if anybody seen similar problem.

/u02 and /u03 keep getting unmounted
