Yes, everything which is fully qualified has a . on the end of it:

                         IN      NS      ns.accesscomputing.co.uk.
ns                      IN      A       213.128.229.77
www                     IN      A       213.128.229.79
                         IN      MX 1    mailhost.accesscomputing.co.uk.
mailhost                IN      A       213.128.229.78
