Try Bacula. http://www.bacula org/ or
http://sourceforge.net/projects/bacula/
It's what I use to back up my Solaris machines. (All my machines, in
fact, except the Macs, there being no classic-MacOS client for Bacula
yet).
We also have a support channel in #bacula on irc.freenode.net.
