[SunHELP] profiling a process

Hello!

Anyone know a tool that it can trace a process with fulls details?  For
example: the total time spent in IO, waiting IO, in CPU (with states:
sleeping, runnable, etc), the memory consumed, etc.

In other words, a tool which we can see more information about all
ressources used by a process than a simple top/ps...
