[SunHELP] Problem facing while using rsync

Dear Sir,
I wanted to implement rsync for one Sun box to another Sun box.
which should be on secure shell ssh. On both the server ssh deamon is running
The user should be a normal user but not root.
when i fire the the command
rsync -avvv -e ssh rsync at Ipaddress of remote Host:/opt/sbi/BRANCHES/99100/Files_Outgoing/  /home2/sh3dsk/Ybank/BANK_FILES/UPLOADED
it prompt me the password of user which i want to avoid.

Can this be posible or any way to go about.

Pls Help me on this issue.
