[SunHELP] Problem with Netra t 1125

Hello again,
I've tried an Creator-3D- and a XVR100-Card in this Netra t1125 without
any positive result. BTW the Netra t1125 is an Ultra 60.
The only heartbeat of this machine is (via xterm from UE10) ...

... so I'm thinking, it's alive ... and not dead, but the terminal-settings
are incorrect. But I've tried the default and many other settings :-(
I've no idea anymore.
