SPARC32PLUS, V8+ Required is the key there.
Those denote an instruction set which runs only on UltraSPARC CPUs
(sun4u architecture. The SS20 is sun4m.) In OpenSSH, it is the OpenSSL
libraries (which I assume were statically compiled into your OpenSSH
binaries) which use these instructions.
