[SunHELP] Can not telnet to host

Hi All

I have a Netra running Solaris 8 with latest patches recommended patches
installed. When I try and telnet or rlogin to the host I get

SunOS 5.8

And a blinking cursor, no login prompt. This host has been working for
over a year with no problems. I am able to ftp, tip hardwire as well use
exodus to connect to the host.
