You need to send the break signal to get to the boot prompt. It it is your
terminal program, try kermit from http://www.columbia.edu/kermit/
(they might still do a eval Windows version).

Or from another Sun you can use "tip -9600 /dev/ttyb" and send a break from
that.

Alternatively, halt the machine from the operating system.
