[SunHELP] C compiler cannot create executables

Thanks for this idea for the test program. I found
that I do not have 'as' installed. I need to get these
packages installed then I can try again: SUNWbtool,
SUNWsprot, SUNWtoo, SUNWcpp.

Hopefully this does it for me!
