[SunHELP] how do you give users applications?

On our Irix systems we modify the "Toolbox" menu to
include certain applications that are commonly used by
our users. We only have a handful of Sun systems, but
many users are used to the Toolbox experience and are
lost when it comes to figuring out how to launch
certain applications. Not really lost mind you, but
the default Solaris 8 install doesn't have an obvious
"Click me to launch a terminal" type button. Have you
found anything like the sgi "Toolbox" or windows start
button that is easy to manage for a large number of
users? If possible, something that doesn't require
gnome, as we haven't adopted it yet.
