Yes, the Ultra 10 requires PCI interface cards. 

There are Antares, Znyx, Phobos, and a couple of other brands that you can 
look for. A ZNYX ZX34xQ will work with add-on drivers... the quad
cards are going for $100ish on ebay. Make sure you get the -Q model.
Antares may be a bit more challenging to find ubercheap but it uses
the hme driver built into solaris.

Search ebay for "sun pci ethernet" and you'll find many options. 
Might also check out http://www.lsilogic.com/buyonline.html although
they've become a bit more expensive. 

Be prepared to spend about $100 on the card unless you get a really 
sweet deal.
