[SunHELP] SunPCiII card and Sun Blade 1000

The SunPCII software originally didn't install
properly under Solaris 9.  There were some
"work-arounds" published that fixed the issue, but the
latest SunPCI software (ver 2.3.1 and 2.3.2) works
under Sol9
