I have found this line in the /var/adm/messages:

Nov 20 12:30:11 nsaccess /usr/local/sbin/named[4754]: [ID 866145 
daemon.crit] message.c:782: REQUIRE(*rdataset == 0) failed
Nov 20 12:30:11 nsaccess /usr/local/sbin/named[4754]: [ID 866145 
daemon.crit] exiting (due to assertion failure)

I have tried goggleing for it but I have had no luck so far.  Does 
anyone know what this means ?
