[SunHELP] Importance of cache

Hi,

I'm planning to procure a Sun server to be used as a DB Oracle 9i server.
There are two choices V440 and V480. The V440 is 1 MB cache per processor with
a lower system bandwidth. The V480 is 8 MB cache per processor and a higher
system bandwidth.

What is the impact of cache especially when the server is used as a DB server?
The no. of concurrent users are 30 and the transactions are fairly low.
