[SunHELP] need help to replace A1000 controller board !!!!!!!!

We have A1000 disk array, we tried to take out controller board and
replace part.  We follow the "A1000 installation service manual" page 27,
but the two handles can NOT open 90 degree.  I can ONLY open until 60
degree and it stop.  If handles did NOT open 90 degree, their has lock in
A1000 will NOT release.

Does anyone has experience and can tell me how to open the A1000
controller board?
