Hello Feras,

On the novice's point of view, you cannot add a hardware to your system
without first performing a proper shutdown. Also in order to use " devfsadm"
your hardware must be prior connected.
My suggestions: In order to avoid unpredictable damage to your system(s), and
harm yourself.
Do the right thing: Shutdown the system first.
