   I always have a keyboard/mouse cable in my E3x00's to connect them to a
KVM. I have seen boot errors when I didn't have the keyboard cable plugged
in at all, and I've also seen weird problems when I had a keyboard cable in
the wrong socket (which sounds more painful than it is).
