It's hard to tell. It appears a system core file was saved, so that would
provide the needed clues. Run these commands and post the output back to
the list:

cd /var/crash/`uname -n`
echo '$<msgbuf' | adb -k unix.0 vmcore.0
echo '$c' | adb -k unix.0 vmcore.0
