[SunHELP] panic issue and hang screen on sunblade 1000

Hi All,
I have a problem with my Sun Blade-1000 750 MHz CPU(1 only) / 4 GB RAM
Patch version 108528-12 running Solaris 8.
The machine crashes several times itself

I am using 2 expert3D installed in PCI2 and PCI3 slot. I am using
xinerama as well. All patches related on expert3d, openGL, and  xinerama

already installed. I'm getting confused recently because all four
machines have the same serious problem.
All machine rebooting by itself but unpredictable when they reboot. And
all machine also getting hang screen by itself in unpredictable time
also. While screen is hang they still accesible from remote but not
accesible from local console.

I don't find any hints on sunsolve.sun.com or access1.sun.com.
Could it be a CPUl-problem ? ... or memory ? ...
