[SunHELP] Tape Drive Info

Hi,
I have been running a ufsdump shell script for quite some time with no 
problem.  Today when I tried to use ufsrestore I get this message:

# ufsrestore -is 6
ioctl MTFSF: I/O error
Mount volume 2
then enter volume name (default: /dev/rmt/0)

It looks to me that the tape is full, so I am looking for some info 
(tools) how to find out how much the tape can hold, how much info is on 
the tape, etc.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
