[SunHELP] external/internal drives

I am having trouble with a SS10 w/ 2 gig internal and a Storageworks tower.
When the external cable is hooked up, the internal drive can't be seen by
the sol7 install. Conversly, when I unhook the internal and install to the
tower, solaris installs fine, but I can't restart it after the reboot. I
have tried any nummber of combinations that I saw on the devalias screen.
Errors are: data access error, or drive not ready.

Redhat was able to install and start from the external tower.

please help, sorry for such a newbie question
