[SunHELP] Sparc 20 sees new hard drive but won't boot fromit

is there a SE Jumper?  the Sparc 20 is expecting a Single Ended device, 
U160 is LVD (Low Voltage Differential)  plus IIRC the controller in the 
Sparc 20 is narrow. and U160 devices are by default wide....
