I don't have a for sure answer, but I believe this is a dual
hypersparc.  According to my 'handy ross hypersparc numbering guide, the
62 is constant, the next 2 means 256K of cache, the last 6 means it's a
dual module.  There should be another number on there, of the format:
90 03   9437  Rev A

The first number there should be the clock speed.
