[SunHELP] Slow FTP TX speeds - NT to SUN

My question is not SUN specific but I am not sure where to start for help.
When FTP'ing from NT to UNIX we have a few cases where the transfers are
incredibly slow (hours), but when we send from UNIX to NT with the same 
machines they are running at an acceptable (fast) speed.  We are using 
standard ftp services internal and inside of our firewall.  I have ran
out of ideas.
