[SunHELP] Swap file size limitation

Something I'm confused about is the dumpfile issue.

Suppose I've got 20 Gb of RAM and the kernel panics.
Is the kernel supposed to dump the entire RAM (user+kernel space) or only
the kernel part ?

If the entire RAM is dumped, or if the kernel size exceeds 2 Gb, it will not
be able to dump because the first swapfile size is not more than 2 Gb, or am
I wrong ?

It will always be 2Gb under 2.6.

Of course, this does not prevent you from having several 2GB swap
files or
	partitions configured.
