[SunHELP] grep||sed remove multiple lines when text is found

Mon Dec 2 09:38:55 CST 2002

I'd like to clean a log file up by removing all specific lines and say the
next
two lines that follows this text as well. Example:

LINE1
LINE2
LINE3
LINE4
LINE5

end result:

LINE1
LINE5

having searched for "LINE2"

Can I do this easily? TIA
