[SunHELP] rescuing ... solaris

Well for instance i forgot my Solaris password or some
service have become courupted so my system is not
starting up ... i have Solaris 7 & my system dont cant
boot from a cdrom it boots from a floppy..
how can i login & change my password or fix up system
up .. i only want to know the login procedure
