[SunHELP] ss 5 network install

since i don't have a cdrom that works well right now, i'm going to try
to do a network install on a ss5. since i don't have access to the one
or two solaris machines here, i was wondering if there is a good howto
specific to do a network install off of a non-solaris machine. most of
the information i've seen has to do with installing off of another
solaris machine.

i can setup tftp / bootp / nfs on a freebsd or linux machine pretty
easily; and i assume getting it to boot off the network won't be too
hard, but what about partitioning the drives and stuff?

any tips or common gotchas about this? i have the solaris 8 cd 1 and 2
(read somewhere that the install disk isn't necessary; is that the
case)? it's going to be on a ss5 with a 110MhZ processor.
