[SunHELP] Removing Sun Banner when Telnetting

Nope, motd shows once you're logged into the system.
I don't see an /etc/default/telnetd on any of my systems
here, but we don't run telnet either.

Anyway, I always thought the login banner was
kept in /etc/issue.
