Hello,
I found the source of the problem.
It was a faulty CPU. The S20 was configured with 2 CPUs and the CPU at the
bottom was not working good. Before I only had tested putting out the cpu on
top. I think it was broken during the reboot. As far as I remember it
happend to me another time in a Sparc20 and also during reboot.
