Hi praveen,

     Install the harddisk physically. then  boot the machine
run  from command prompt as follows
# drvconfig
#disks
# format (create the partition)
#newfs  /dev/rdsk/cxtxdxsx  (hard disk target number)
# mkdir  mountpoint
# mount   /dev/dsk/cxtxdxsx (block device name)   /mountpoint
