[SunHELP] DiskSuite and Disk Crash Data

Looks adequate.

It's also good to keep a copy of /etc/system and the
contents of /etc/opt/SUNWmd/ (or /etc/lvm if youre running
SDS-4.2.1/Solaris 8).
