[SunHELP] Stop it

Hi folks
Today I 'ps' my system I've notice notorius process shown below
I've try to kill or even kill -9 but it still immortal. 
What kind of process it is? How can I remove it from my system.?

# ps -ef |grep xxxxxxx
root 13034     1 50   Jun 14 ?       15702:21 find / -name xxxxxxxx
