[SunHELP] snmpdx: error message

Brian said it.  We had the same problem at a passed job.
HP used a different version of snmpdx then Sun.  If you don't 
need/want snmpdx to run, do the following:

- Stop snmpdx
	cd /etc/rc3.d
	./S76snmpdx stop
- change S76snmpdx to s76snmpdx

This will stop snmpdx from starting up on the next reboot.

find out what machine is 10.2.97.98 and see what it's running.  it's sending
out a probe that snmpdx does like.  taking a wild guess, i wouldn't be
surprised
if you find HP OpenView running on that other box. :)
