[SunHELP] Prtdiag Gives Segmentation Fault - Solaris 7

Hi,
I have just upgraded one of our E250's from Solaris 2.5.1 to Solaris 7 and added 
some memory (up from 0.5 GB to 1.5GB) 
All the POTS test report no faults but when I run prtdiag it gives a 
"Segmentation Fault"
I have applied the Recommended patch cluster from around 12 May 01
Any Ideas?
