[SunHELP] iostat -e

Hi Admins

Iam having an E450 machine running Solaris 7 with DEC array attached to it. 
When i have issued iostat -eE, it shows on particular disk 'soft errors' as 
25. Also recently iam facing problem with the database performance. What 
soft error exactly indicating me?  What would be problem with that disk? 
needs to be changed?
