[SunHELP] anonymous ftp ls not working

Thanks Dale for yr reply,

I am using ftp which comes bundled with solaris 2.6. I have copied all the 
required binary and library files. It is working properly, no 
errors/problems, except files are not listed.

1) which FTP daemon are you using? The one that comes with Solaris?
wu-ftpd? proftpd?

2) If you are using a FTP daemon that requires it, did you install the
right binaries and libraries in the anon ftp home directory?
