[SunHELP] DISPLAY setting

Hi admins


 I have a little problem here. In csh if I set the user's DISPLAY
variable to x.x.x.x:0.0 where x.x.x.x is user's ip address, it works
fine when doing a telnet from Windows whereas while logging in X in
Linux, user is not able to log in and after some time returns back to
login prompt.  Only if this DISPLAY setting is commented, user is able
to log in.

What could be the problem?
