[SunHELP] Volume Manager upgrade procedure

Hello admins,
I am about to upgrade a system running Solaris 2.6 with SUN Volume Manager
2.6 to Veritas Volume Manager 3.1.
The OS will stay the same.
Has anyone done this? Do you have the procedure? I know there are some
patches involved with SUN VM that needs to be removed. Do you have the patch
ID?
