[SunHELP] Access denied on NFS mount

Hello all,
     I have NFS server HP-UX 10.2 & NFS client nine HP-UX & two Sun
solaris 2.6 system

    When I am mounting from NFS server to one of Sun Solaris NFS client,
it gives the following error,
    nfs mount: hp2/usr1  /usr1: access denied

   While mounting to another Sun machine,it mounts properly & the same
for HP NFS clients too.

  so please give me some solution to solve my problem.
