if the install drive was fat (dos), then the limit is
2gb. if you want it bigger, you'd have to convert it
to ntfs with the convert utility.  at that point it is
still 2gb.  after the m$ o/s is installed, then you
need to use disk administrator to grow the ntfs
partition.
