[SunHELP] late collisions ???

I have a streaming server on a e250 colocated.
the problem I have  is I get this into logs 
Jan 24 09:55:49 asf100 unix: SUNW,hme0: late collision
This it happens  only when I stream to the server and 
I have users connected.
I look into docs.sun.com and nothing to help me.
Any idea ???
