Create the file /etc/defaultrouter and put the IP in it:

	vi /etc/defaultrouter
	192.168.0.0

The IP will be the only thing in the file. When the machine reboots
it will configure the default route.

Subject: [SunHELP] Route Table

Sir,

How can I put following route command line into my route table for Solaris
8?

route add 192.168.0.0 10.1.1.100 1

Then it can route it automitacally instead of manually each time

Gary
