[Sunhelp] opps install help newbie

If you downloaded it via netscape, it may have corrupted the file, too. At
least in my experience, this happens from time to time. Try just using a plain
ftp to ftp.sunfreeware.com, and get it that way. Make sure you set it to bin
first.
