[Sunhelp] Solaris 7 on SPARCstation5 troubles

I'm trying to do a clean install of Solaris 7 on a Sparc-station 5 with
64Mb RAM and 3 drives (2 x 510Mb + 1 x 4300Mb).
The installation starts in ASCII mode and works just fine.
After reboot I receive

Notice: Can't find driver for console framebuffer!

so OpenWin refuses to start - there is no directory called /dev/fb.

the only similar thing that I found in the books is the 'solution' for
the openwin error message (can't find /dev/fb). It says that the
framebuffee device and the framebuffer device header packages are
corrupted so reinstall them. I did it and pkgadd responded that the
packages are already there. Never mind this - I said - install the
packages once again but still no /dev/fb directory or other changes.

I'm quite new on this Sparc architecture. Is there other PATH for the
frame buffer device?
I'm not aware to have other framebuffer device but I can't deny it. Is
there a way to find out if I have other device (I have only software
specific books but no technical specifications for the workstation).

Thanks,
LALI
