Neither NFS nor Samba is going to help you mount a local NTFS partion.
It will let you mount a disk on a remote box (well, samba won't, but
something like rumba could) which is a different thing entirely.
As far as I know, Solaris just plain can't mount NTFS partitons, and
there's no software out there that will let it do so.
(Linux, on the other hand, *can* mount NTFS partitions. It doesn't
work perfectly, but it does work for the most part.)
