Just to clarify: You can use a SunPCi and third party PCI cards at
the same time; but all PCI cards in the Ultra 5 will be controlled
by the SPARC chip and Solaris.  The SunPCi card will not 'see' other
PCI cards.  (I suspect that drivers could be written to provide it
direct access to other PCI cards; but it would still require cooperation
from the SPARC/Solaris side.)
